Inventory Availability: Inventory stock availability is on a first come, first serve basis. Inventory cannot be placed on hold.
Order Options: CéteraMarketing is dedicated to making your ordering experience pleasant and efficient. Our marketing specialist are happily available to serve you 5 days a week, 8:30am - 5:00pm PST via live chat.
Production: Normal production is 10 - 14 business days after proof approval. Overseas orders can take up to 120 days to produce.
Proofs: A proof is an image of the item that you are ordering with requested artwork. It is a depiction of how the imprint will appear on the item. After your order is received, a proof will be provided within 24 – 48 hours. No order will be sent to production without your written consent.
Orders in Production: Once an order is in production, no changes can be made. An order is in production once the proof is approved.
Overruns and Under Runs: The factory reserves the right to over ship or under ship up to 5% of the order quantity and invoices the customer accordingly. Exact quantity shipments will require an exact quantity fee of $35.
Below Minimum Orders: Some items do allow a below minimum purchase with a below minimum fee of $35. Please ask if your item qualifies.
Order Confirmation: Upon completing the CéteraMarketing order process, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will receive a proof email for your approval, and a third e-mail when your order is being shipped.
Normal Production Order: Normal production is 10 - 14 business days after proof approval.
Production Sample: A production sample is a sample that is taken off the production line during production and sent to the client for approval. If a production sample is requested, additional charges and production time will be necessary.
Spec Sample: A spec sample is a full run sample of 1 – 3 units, created for the client’s approval prior to full production. This order type is usually billed at the 1 unit price plus all set-up and run charges. Additional set-up fees may apply when the order is approved for full production. However, artwork set-up fees will not be charged for the full production if there is no change to the artwork or the product. NOTE: If an error is caused due to our negligence, we will re-run the project with the necessary adjustments. If a spec sample is required, additional production time will be necessary.
Large Orders: Orders at or above EQP (last column) quantities may require additional production time.
Rush Order Services: We do not offer rush services.
Repeat Orders: Artwork is normally kept on file 12 – 18 months. Re-set fees vary and are sometimes less than the original set-up fee as long as the artwork has not changed. This does not apply to screen printed items.
Artwork Approvals: CéteraMarketing is committed to meeting our customers’ required delivery dates and production will not start until proof approval is received. Requests for paper proofs (mailed copy) must be in writing on the or we will produce the order per artwork sent using standard guidelines. Paper proofs/e-proofs must be approved within 24 hours of their receipt in order to hold a production schedule time and inventory.
Acceptable Artwork Files:
Vector files must be saved in *.ai, *.eps, or *.pdf formats with all text outlined.
Bitmap files must be saved at a minimum of 600dpi and at 100% of final output size.
Laser, screen-print and deboss artwork must have halftones and gradients removed prior to submission.
Personalization lists must be submitted in *.xls formats
NOTE: All other file types are not acceptable and will incur a charge of $25.00 per half hour to convert to an acceptable format with your approval. Microsoft office files are not accepted as artwork.

Heat Transfer, Dye Sublimation & Digital Printing: Heat transfers and digital printing allow full color imprints, halftones, gradients and multi colored logos to be offered for one low price. PMS colors can be matched however, artwork requiring PMS colors MUST be in vector format, no exceptions. Unless otherwise specified, the background will be white. On bitmap images, a hard color copy must be provided if you require us to match to your intended colors. The shape of a heat transfer should be kept within the confines of a rectangle, circle, oval or square. However, we may accommodate an outline to suit your logo. If in doubt, call one of our representatives. An epoxy dome can be added to most digital inserts for an additional cost. Digital printing cannot print metallic colors. Please choose any PMS yellow or grey.
Halftones: Most halftone artwork is difficult to print, because of the various factors that must be considered. If your artwork contains halftone, please make sure the halftone is set between 85 lpi to 110 lpi. The artwork must be at 100% of the actual imprint size, as any enlargement or reduction will alter the halftones. Please send artwork in electronic format. It is always a good idea to consult CéteraMarketing before submitting any artwork containing halftones.
ADDITIONAL COLORS + LOCATIONS
One color, one location is included in most items excluding apparel. An additional set-up charge and run-charge (per unit, based on quantity) will apply for each additional color, logo, or position.
PAYMENTS + PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment Options: CéteraMarketing accepts Mastercard, VISA and American Express. We also accept ATM cards with a MasterCard or VISA logo. We do not accept checks or COD payments.
Sales Tax: An 8.75% sales tax will be assessed on orders delivered to Los Angeles County addresses. You will have an opportunity to review this amount before submitting your order. In accordance with California law, goods shipped to an address within California will be charged sales tax unless the purchaser has a resale permit issued by the California Board of Equalization on file with CéteraMarketing. Please contact our accounting department prior to ordering for instructions on how you may qualify for an exemption from the tax.
Promotion Codes: A promotion code is used for promotional discounts and if applicable to your order will be calculated at check out.
Large + Overseas Orders: Will require payment before production begins. These orders can take longer to process due to the nature of the payment approval process.
TERMS + POLICIES
Ordering: Orders must be placed via our online store. We do not process verbal orders.
Order Cancellation: Orders cancelled during production will be charged for completed work at the time of cancellation. Cancellation must be made in writing via email and confirmed received by CéteraMarketing. Cancellation fee of $50 and/or Restocking fee may apply.
CLAIMS + EXCHANGES + RETURNS
Claims: CéteraMarketing is dedicated to your complete satisfaction. Please check your packages and report any damage, shortage or issue within 3 days of receipt. Please be prepared to provide, clear, well lit photos to initiate your claim if damage has occurred. We cannot replace any product that has been discarded.
Instructions are below:
1. Contact our offices to report defective product and we will give you a RETURN NUMBER (RN).
2. We will provide a return shipping label via email.
3. Re-pack items in its original packaging.
4. Add RETURN NUMBER to each box you are returning.
5. Contact FEDEX for a pick-up. NOTE: If you are using your account to ship items back to us, we suggest that you retain a copy of your tracking number. Unfortunately, CéteraMarketing cannot be responsible for items lost during the return shipping process if you do not have possession of the tracking number. Please make sure that you follow the instructions given to you by your representative in a timely manner. NOTE: All claims must be resolved and closed within 30 days.
Exchanges: CéteraMarketing will replace/exchange defective product with the same product or product of the same value.
Returns: Most blank, domestic product may be returned within 30 days. Your representative must be notified within 30 days of receipt of products. CéteraMarketing return authorization is required prior to the return of merchandise. Blank merchandise is subjected to a 25% restocking fee or a minimum of $50, plus all freight cost. All returns must be freight prepaid within 30 days. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Full Color Digital Print Digital: This is a much newer process that involves your artwork being processed by a computer and then printed directly onto the surface of your product. Digital printing is not a heat transfer or applique, as the ink is directly adhered to the item.
Pad Print: Involves transferring ink from a silicone pad to the object you want printed.
Laser Engraved: A method by which light is used to burn an image into the material leaving a clean and polished finish. As each product is made of different materials, the laser engraved imprint appearance may vary by item.
Epoxy: Full color digital printing method with a durable clear epoxy coating for protection.
Debossing: A machine heat presses a die plate of your artwork into the material leaving an impression of your artwork on the surface.
Embossing: A machine heat presses a die plate of your artwork into the back of the material leaving a raised impression of your artwork on the surface.
Screen Printing: Screen printing is the direct imprinting of artwork onto the surface of a product. If the primary imprint method listed is screen print, one color ink is included. An additional set-up charge and run-charge (per unit, based on quantity) will apply for each additional color, logo, or position.
Embroidery: Decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn.
Applique| Patch: Ornamentation, as a cutout design, that is sewn on to or otherwise applied to a piece of material.
Sublimation: A method by which a 4-color design is transferred to a synthetic fabric by heat and pressure. Due to the nature of this process, a faint transparent border will outline the logo imprint area.
Heat Transfer: A method by which a design is transferred to a synthetic fabric by heat and pressure.
***Due to the digital nature of this process, PMS matching, metallic and neon colors are not available.***
Our Carrier: CéteraMarketing ships via FedEx in most cases. UPS is used on occasion.
Split|Drop Shipment: A drop shipment charge of $8 per location will apply.
3rd Party Shipment: There is a $15 - $24 charge per order when client’s use their FedEx or UPS account. There are occasions when we are not able to accommodate 3rd party shipping. If you provide CéteraMarketing with a 3rd party freight account for shipping or designate a specific carrier, you assume full responsibility for the shipment from the time the order is ready for pickup.
Incorrect Address: For each incorrect address provided, there will be an address correction fee of $14.00 assessed per package + a one-time $15 administrative correction fee.
Package Insurance: CéteraMarketing will insure all shipments on behalf of the client at the value of the merchandise invoiced by CéteraMarketing when shipped on CéteraMarketing’s account. Insurance costs are included in the shipping charge. Only claims received in writing within 3 days from receipt of merchandise will be accepted. A representative from the carrier that delivered the merchandise must inspect any carton that has been opened or damaged before a claim can be filed.
After a Shipment is Picked-Up: CéteraMarketing is not responsible for any carrier or en-route delays regardless of ship method.
International Shipments: Requires a 3rd party account number and declared commercial value.
Air Shipments: Products with lithium-ion batteries + hand sanitizers with alcohol base cannot be shipped by air.
Pallet Fee: For large orders that require shipments to be palletized, add $15.00 per pallet.
Random Samples: We provide random, imprinted samples based upon the catalog EQP price. Blank samples are always billed at the EQP price and are not provided free of charge. The client is responsible for all sample shipping charges and the client must provide a Federal Express or UPS account number. Sample sales are final and non-returnable or refundable.
Most watches and electronics carry a 1-year limited warranty. Battery and ink cartridges are excluded. Returned imprinted items may be replaced with no imprint items.
Copyright & Trademark: The artwork, designs, and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of imprinted products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by or produced for the owners of the artwork, designs, or trademarks. All copyright and trademark names identified are the properties of the companies that own them. No intent to infringe on any copyrights and trademarks has been made in this catalog. They are presented solely for the education of the reader.
All the copy or material submitted by the customer for the use in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork by the factory is required therewith, will be accepted by CéteraMarketing as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection and that customer has the legal right to use the same in the ordered product. The customer, by submitting such copy of other material, represents that the use thereof by the factory of the items ordered will not violate any laws or right of any party or parties in or to the same, and CéteraMarketing, hereby disclaims any liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer’s copy or material. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless from and indemnify the same from any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws as consequence of the company’s use of said copy or other materials of the operations undertaken by this agreement.
CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65
All products meet applicable federal safety and warning requirements as enforced by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and California Proposition 65, otherwise known as Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. For interested parties, CéteraMarketing may be able to provide, upon request, certification of independently tested concentrations of specific chemicals for specific products. In addition, CéteraMarketing clients may request that the label below be applied to their products prior to shipment, ensuring compliance with California Proposition 65 regulatory requirements.
To the extent not controlled by federal law, all questions concerning these Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California as applied to contracts which are executed and performed entirely within the state. CéteraMarketing and Client each agree and consent to the jurisdiction of any court located in Los Angeles County, California with subject matter jurisdiction thereof, and consents and agrees to the venue of the County of Los Angeles.
