A behavioral health practice was preparing to reopen when shelter-in-place orders were lifted. However, they needed a way to communicate the enhanced safety protocols they put in place to patients coming into the office.
In addition to email communication, the office sent 4” x 6” Full-Color Postcards out as patients scheduled appointments. The postcards outlined their enhanced safety protocols for social distancing in the lobby and face coverings, as well as instructions on what to do upon arrival at the office. The practice received positive feedback for their clear communication and efforts to maintain safety for their patients’ needs.
